Late Hanifa Abubakar’s school set on fire by angry youths

Aggrieved youths set Noble Kids School of late Hanifa Abubakar ablaze.

Angry youths in the neighborhood have set fire to Nobel Kids School, a private school in Kano State where a 5-year-old pupil, Hanifa Abubakar, was kidnapped and murdered by Abdulmalik Tanko, the school’s proprietor.

On Monday, January 24, Abdullahi Kiyawa, the Kano State police spokesman, confirmed the reports, saying the school was set ablaze in the middle of the night.

He went on to say that, despite the fact that no one was hurt in the incident, the police are looking for the perpetrators.

Worse, the building does not belong to Tanko, the assassin of Hanifa Abubakar.

According to reports, Tanko only rented the building to run his school, and it actually belongs to someone else who hasn’t been charged in Hanifa’s alleged murder.
