A Nigerian man @BrodaSeun has gone viral on social media after he tattooed ‘Jesus Christ’ on his stomach.
The lover of Jesus shared a photo of the tattoo on his Twitter page as he anticipates the coming of Jesus.
“Finally got my tattoo, see y’all in my Father’s Kingdom if you wish”. he tweeted.
However, Seun’s post stirred mixed reactions on the micro-blogging platform. Netizens condemned him for getting a tattoo as they claimed it’s against the teaching of Christ.
Critics noted that he’s not meant to get a tattoo as a Christian while others argued that the person he tattooed on his body is not Jesus Christ, but English actor, Robert Powell best known for the title roles in Jesus of Nazareth.
A Twitter user, @Dique_Money wrote, “Leviticus 19:28 Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD”.
