This is the update on the new FLYOVER under construction at Artillery junction in Port Harcourt.
It is one of 3 flyovers government of Rivers State flagged off barely one year ago.
One of them is Garrison Flyover which has been commissioned 2 months ago, and Rumuokoro flyover that's set for commissioning.
