EPL: Can Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham Hotspur win title this season

Tottenham Hotspur side are in form as things stand in the English topflight, and they’ve given some of the big sides some reasons to worry.

Though Liverpool defeated Leicester City 3-0 and Newcastle United lost at home to Frank Lampard’s Chelsea side, Mourinho’s men have earned their bragging right following their decent outings in recent fixtures.

But Spurs is making the season to count on their own accord as they claimed the vital three points from a memorable game at the weekend.

Tottenham seems to have found their rhythm, thanks to the good work José Mourinho has done at the club.

But could such dealings see them go all the way to the Premier League title at the end of the season? That’s the big question here.

The London side have got the quality to stake a claim to the League title based on their current form.

Charismatic manager, Jose Mourinho has brought the calmness and sense of purpose this Tottenham side need in the season.

While they are now brave to compete amongst the Premier League big six. They are moving on the right trend couple with the influx of talent (star name) to the side.

The incoming of Gareth Bale and Argentina playmaker Giovani Lo Celso has bolstered Tottenham’s attacking options, thus giving them the reason to believe they can achieve the incredible like Leicester City did some seasons ago.

The Spurs side is no doubt laden with talent like the big boys in the Premier League.

But their major problem is the consistency and the winning mentality required for them to go through the storm in the season as there would always be.

With Jose Mourinho very much adept at winning titles like he did for Chelsea and Inter Milan, there is a higher possibility he can deliver yet again for the title-aspiring Spurs side.

Manager, Mauricio Pochettino and so may have done well at the London club but it could be Mourinho that would lead the Londoners into the promise land.

This quest has been made more real following the arrival of Gareth Bale on loan from Real Madrid while the duo of Erik lamella and Harry Kane have shaken off niggling injuries to be available for the side.

It could be Tottenham Hotspurs time to win the League like they are proving at the moment with a place at the top of the Premier League standing.

But first, they would have to get the better of fellow London side, Chelsea and defending (English) Champions Liverpool as both sides fancy their chances of winning the League crown at the end of the season.
