The Spice Girl turned fashion designer shared a look at her big day on Instagram, showing off her lavish gifts and delicious meals with husband David and their children Brooklyn, 20, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 14, and Harper, seven.
The day started early for Victoria as David shared a hilarious snap of his wife after her 6am wake up from the kids, before she broke her strict health regime to indulge in donuts for breakfast and a delicious Italian dinner.
The birthday girl didn't look happy with her alarm, particularly after her early birthday celebrations with pals the night before.
She soon cheered up though when she saw her gifts, with the star particularly excited with her unique present from daughter Harper, who gave her mum a personalised doll.
The American Girl doll was dressed in a blue shift dress and sported chic shades in the style of Victoria, while the dress had 'my mummy rocks' written on it. Victoria shared a video of the doll, exclaiming she 'loves it'.
She was also lavished with arrangements of beautiful flowers which covered her kitchen counter, including a huge bouquet from husband David.
David also shared videos of the children making icecream for their mother at LA's famous Cold Rolled Ice Cream Company.
