Kevin Clifton was confronted about his Stacey Dooley romance during an awkward encounter on Tuesday night.
The Strictly Come Dancing star, 36, was heading back to his hotel after another day of rehearsals for his Burn The Floor tour, when he was asked about Stacey, 32.
In one of the first sightings of the dancer since news of his romance emerged during an explosive Mail On Sunday interview with her ex boyfriend, Kevin was keen to remain quiet on the headlines.
Kevin, 36, was chatting with journalists as he walked into the hotel, commented that rehearsals ahead of Thursday's opening night of the tour were going 'great'.
But when he was asked if Stacey will be making an appearance to support him, the star walked away.
Stacey’s ex-boyfriend, personal trainer Sam Tucknott, 30, revealed the TV personality called time on their five-year relationship and entered into a romance with thrice-married Kevin in an explosive interview with the Mail On Sunday this weekend.
Kevin has yet to comment on his new headline-grabbing romance, but Stacey took to Twitter on Monday to insist there 'are two sides to every story' after her ex Sam Tucknott branded Kevin 'a rat'.
The TV presenter, 32, wrote: 'Anyone with any adult life experience knows there are 2 sides to every story. I haven’t got the time or energy to correct some of the utter nonsense I’ve read on here.
'Re Sam, I loved him v much and only wish him happiness and success going forward.'
