In the seemingly now-deleted comments, one follower is said to have written: 'Poor girl her face is badly swollen. Is it an allergy?'
Another reportedly added: 'She should have stopped with the surgery, Botox & fillers a long time ago.'
Charlotte was greeted by fans at the airport and one couldn't resist poking fun at one of her most notorious onscreen mishaps.
The fan posed with the reality star while holding up a sign saying: 'Have you peed your pants today, Charlotte? LOL.'
