APGA Coasts To Victory, Winning More Than 2/3 Of House Seats In Anambra

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA)  has secured a comfortable two-thirds majority in the House of Assembly election conducted on Saturday.
According to the result released by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), APGA won 26 out of the 30 seats vied for in the election leaving the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with six seats.
 The All Progressives Congress secured no seat.
Details of the result released in the three senatorial districts are as follows:

Further breakdown shows that the Vice Presidential candidate of PDP Mr. Peter Obi won his constituency of Anaocha I state constituency.
Also, former governorship candidate of PDP in the November 2017 governorship election Hon. Oseloka Henry Obaze, Senator Stella Odua and Hon. Chukwuma Onyema won their Ogbaru I and Ogbaru II as well as Onitsha North I state constituencies
