The TV star got very emotional as she was gifted with a special present from her co-star Phillip Schofield.
After being reduced to tears twice when meeting a rescue pup during a show last week, Holly was in floods when Phil presented her with a basket full of puppies.
Holly was already getting emotional as the This Morning team played Happy Birthday to her at the opening of Thursday's show, before Phil surprised her.
'My present to you!' he declared as the eight week old Pomeranian puppies were bought in to the tune of Puppy Love.
'You are just so sweet. She's so sweet' cooed Holly as she held one of the pups.
Phil joked that he'd checked with Holly's husband Dan Baldwin if he would let his wife bring the pooches home, telling her: 'That's your present. No they are all yours! (laughing) Dan is fine with it!'
'He will not be fine with it,' insisted Holly. 'I can't believe you made me cry over a puppy this is the best thing ever...But then I have to give it back!' she realised.
