And Gemma Collins had Michelle Keegan enthralled the morning after the National Television Awards, cornering her for a very animated discussion in the lobby of their London hotel.

The Our Girl star, 31, looked like she had fallen under the spell of The GC as the TOWIE diva hammered home her point, complete with wild hand gestures.

Michelle appeared just as involved in the discussion as the pair chewed the fat at the reception desk.

More intent on their conversation than checking out of their rooms, the duo looked to be having a debrief about the night before.

Gemma was clad in a black cardigan with stripe detailing and simple trousers for her early morning exit.

Michelle was make-up free and wrapped up in a smart brown wool coat with a Louis Vuitton backpack slung over one shoulder.

The pair have many mutual connections, namely the fact that Gemma's boyfriend James 'Arg' Argent is one of Michelle's husband Mark Wright's best friends.

Gemma, who has often spoken of her desire to become a Hollywood actress, no doubt had plenty to quiz Michelle about regarding Mark's presenting career with Extra in Los Angeles.
