The presenter, 37, couldn't contain her laughter during the show's phone-in segment, which quickly became very awkward when a pregnant woman asked for advice.
The caller, who was expecting her first child said her friend who was pregnant with her third child, had warned her to keep her exciting news a secret so she could get all the spotlight.
Sticking up for the caller, Vanessa ranted that a woman should be allowed to announce her pregnancy whenever she likes, as Holly dissolved into laughter.
Mother of two Vanessa was supported by co-host Phillip Schofield, who said he would hire a plane for the mum-to-be, complete with banner, so she could 'shout it from the rooftops.'
The incident was one of several hilarious moments during the episode, with Phil and Holly leaving fans rolling in the aisles as they wrapped up warm during a fashion segment.
Holly covered up her stylish dress with an oversize padded jacket with hood while Phil wrapped a pair of tights around his head as they perused the latest fashions with Rochelle Humes.
Fans went wild on social media, with one writing: 'Philip looks like he's off to a robbery after #ThisMorning finishes.'
