The former Spice Girl proudly displayed the results of her efforts, which are thought to have started as far back as 2015, when she stepped out in a glamorous backless gown at the British Fashion Awards in London.
Only faint markings were visible from the nape of her neck to her upper back, where there was once etched a Hebrew reading: 'I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine' — one of a collection of tattoos she is said to have later found 'embarrassing'.
However, it's only the tattoos the mother-of-four has appeared keen to distance herself from, and not her dedication to her husband, as she was seen happily cosying up to the former football player at the awards gala on Monday.

Later in the night, the couple were seen holding hands as they made their way to an exclusive after-party in the upscale neighbourhood of Belsize Park.
