Jamie Redknapp, 45, gushes over 'sweet' Emily Atack, 28, as single star jokes his dad is playing 'Tinder' in the jungle.

Jamie Redknapp gushed over 'sweet' Emily Atack as single star joked his dad Harry was playing 'Tinder' in the I'm A Celebrity jungle.

Inbetweeners star Emily, 28, cheekily asked the retired footballer to call her after she confessed to his dad, 71, that she fancied Jamie, 45. 

The Sky Sports pundit, who divorced from his wife of 19 years Louise last year, admitted the actress made him 'laugh' in an interview with The Sun.

He told the newspaper: 'She's so sweet in the programme. 

'It was such a nice conversation and I thought, "alright dad, where are you going with this one?"

'It was funny the way she handled it afterwards, it did make me laugh. He's like Tinder in there, dad is isn't he?' 

Emily asked her fellow camp mate Harry whether his son Jamie was single before brazenly claiming she would make a 'really good daughter-in-law'.

She joked on-screen: 'I bet I would make a really good daughter-in-law.' 

The sports star merrily enthused he had no doubts Emily would make a 'fantastic' daughter-in-law.
