Dec, 43, swapped his smart on-camera looks for a tight fitting black t-shirt with a white motif, which he paired with long shorts and black trainers.
Shades were the finishing touch as he kept cool in the scorching sunshine.
The busy TV presenter was spotted leaving a local massage spot and walking to join his wife Ali and some pals who were sat outside a nearby restaurant.
Ali, 41, who gave birth to the couple's daughter Isla three months ago, displayed her svelte figure in loose black trousers and a frilled hem grey t-shirt, finished off with comfy flip flops.
