Vicky Pattison breaks down in tears and goes ring-free at event amid love woes.

He has been accused of kissing another woman while on a lads' holiday in Dubai and cosying up to a bevy of beauties on the same night.

And so it comes as little surprise that Vicky Pattison, 31, broke down in tears while on stage at a body confidence event held at Hornchurch leisure centre in Essex, on Sunday.

The reality TV star struggled to maintain her emotions at the event, although it is not yet known what specifically triggered her emotions.

Vicky continued to go ring-free for the outing as it has emerged she is getting  'around the clock care' from her loved ones during this time.

Meanwhile, John himself posted a cryptic post on Instagram stories over the weekend.

It read: 'I appreciate the ones that are there at all times, not just when it's convenient.'

It's believed Vicky and John have not officially split as of yet but she's clearly upset over his actions.  

The Geordie Shore star was in good company at the event with pal Ferne McCann, 28, also in attendance, who was clad in a glamorous fur coat.

Vicky showed her support for Sunday night's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here opening show with a red animal print dress and killer heels.
