Scarlett Moffatt tries out cycling shorts trend in statement red getup

She is set to reprise her role as a presenter on I'm A Celebrity's ITV2 spin-off Extra Camp. 

But before the much-loved show returns, Scarlett Moffatt was seen enjoying some time with her family in Sydney on Friday.

The former Gogglebox star, 28, appeared in high spirits as she tried out the cycling shorts trend - favoured by the likes of Kim Kardashian - while sporting a statement red ensemble for their lunch date. 

Scarlett paired together the pillar-box red lycra shorts with an oversized striped tee and checkered belt bag she wore around her hips. 

The reality star added a designer touch to her outfit with a pair of Gucci trainers (worth £445) and brushed her brunette tresses back from her face with a chic pair of aviator shades. 

Scarlett wore her mane down in a sleek and straight style and appeared to go make-up free for the family outing. 

She was joined by her family, mother Betty, dad Mark and younger sister Ava - who all shot to fame alongside Scarlett on Channel 4 favourite Gogglebox.

They joined the show for its third series in 2014 and appeared for two years, before Scarlett opted to take part in I'm A Celebrity's 2016 series.
