The outing comes as the star was accused of leaving her children behind as she shared a bikini snap on Instagram by a troll who didn't realise they were with her.
A fan wrote on Instagram: 'Where are your kids?' as she ate snacks on the deck of a boat while in Portofino (perhaps forgetting the children have a father as well).
She responded: 'My son was taking the photo, and the other two were sitting at a table across from me. Thank you so much for your concern.'
Proving the doubters wrong, Kourtney looked relaxed as she enjoyed her day out with her brood.
She wore a panama hat and vintage white sunglasses as she shared selfies, making sure to capture some memories.
Kourtney also sunbathed with a pal while her children sat close by to her, completing her look with a pair of crisp white trainers.
Kourtney showcased her curves on the day as she reclined on board, changing position to make sure she got an all-over tan.
