Love Island fans insist it's 'too soon' for 'heartbroken' Kendall to be on dating show as she cries over Adam.

She joined the cast of racy reality show Love Island just months after she was unceremoniously dumped by her fiancé of five years.

And as Kendall Rae-Knight's self-professed insecurities were seen rising to the fore amid her pairing with fellow contestant Adam Collard, fans of the show are rallying around the brunette beauty to express their sympathy and support.

After personal trainer Adam was seen losing his patience with Kendall after her insistence on taking things slow on Thursday night's episode, one fan wrote: 'Kendall’s actually breaking my heart. Can tell the girl's been through a lot.'


Stated another: 'Nobody can blame Kendall for being so insecure any girl would be her FIANCÉ woke up one morning and just decided he didn’t love her anymore.'

The comments were among countless supporting the budding reality star, with many asserting that her choice to join the cast of a competitive dating show was likely the wrong decision, given how fresh her wounds were from her heartbreak.

'Kendall should not have come on love island,' said another viewer on the micro-blogging site. 'If I were dumped after five years at fiancé level, the LAST thing I want is being partnered up and rejected on national TV.'
