Burna Boy Signs Deal With Universal Music Company

The management of the Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) has announced that Nigerian Reggae Dancehall singer, Burna Boy, has inked a deal with the company.
The music company took to its verified Instagram handle in the early hours of today, June 19, to share the news.

“Umpg ðŸš¨ New Deal Alert ðŸš¨ Proud to welcome @burnaboygram to the #UMPG family!” the company wrote.

Meanwhile, as of the time of filing this report, Burna Boy is yet to confirm this on his social media accounts.
JIB  reported earlier this month that Kanye West’s “Ye” album inadvertently helped in boosting the streaming numbers of a song by the dancehall artiste and Burna Boy was all thankful.
The US rapper’s album is titled ‘Ye’ while the Nigerian singer has a song of the same name on his album, which was released in January, 2018.
