Millie Mackintosh shows there's no hard feelings as she watches 'friend' Meghan Markle's Royal Wedding at home on TV

They struck up a friendship after they were introduced by mutual friends, going on to spend time with each other at the celebrity haunt Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire.

Yet Millie Mackintosh showed she had no hard feelings about being snubbed an invite to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's Royal Wedding on Saturday.  

The former Made In Chelsea star, 28, took to her Instagram account of 1.3 million followers to break her silence about the star-studded event over the weekend.

Millie shared a photograph of her black pug, who was wearing a white jewel crown around its neck, staring at a TV screen showing the Royal Wedding

In the next update, the reality star showed off her toned figure in a yellow bikini and a black silk cover-up with a green cactus pattern on it.

Cuddling her pug, she captioned it with: 'The best hugs are pug hugs,' followed by a heart emoji.


The Royal Wedding invite snub comes after Millie was reportedly considered to be a bridesmaid at Meghan's nuptials to Prince Harry.

A royal insider previously told the Daily Mail: 'Some very knowledgeable people are saying she is actually being considered as a bridesmaid.

'While I would personally find that surprising, as members of the Royal Family tend to choose the children of their closest friends and relatives, Millie couldn’t have been more hands-on with helping Meghan organise the wedding so far.
