And Mel B has now laid into 'disgusting' body-shaming trolls as she wants to be a 'true example' to her three daughters after sharing a series of throwback photos of herself on Instagram earlier this week.
The Spice Girls star, 42, posted several different pictures showing her fluctuating figure over the years in a bid to make sure her daughters, Phoenix Chi Gulzar, 19, Angel Iris Murphy Brown, 11, and Madison Brown Belafonte, six, love themselves.
In one photo, Mel B flaunted her past pregnancy bump, a different snap saw her with ripped washboard abs and another picture displayed her curvier yet gorgeous physique.
She captioned her post with: 'No matter what size shape or colour I’ve been throughout the years, I’ve always loved loved loved the skin I’m in. (sic)
'It’s very important as women we embrace who we are and what we look like, and us as women support and encourage each other to be the best version of ourselves. (sic)
'Raising three girls it’s important for me as a single parent, in fact, I make it my duty to make sure my girls love themselves inside and out. (sic)
'And that I set a true example to them that no matter what other people say, especially all the disgusting body shaming people out there, that they know who they are and they embrace the beautiful skin they are in! #healthyinsideandout #ignorebodyshame #lovetheskinyourein #mixedrace.' (sic)
