According to The Sun UK, Georgina, Ronaldo’s girlfriend, who was a former shopkeeper turned model, revealed that the lovers are engaged after flaunting the sparkling ring in an Instagram video.
Although the duo have kept tight-lipped over a future wedding, the type of ring is the biggest hint yet that the loved-up couple are set to get hitched.
Often considered the best player in the world and widely regarded as one of the greatest of all time, the Portuguese professional footballer, who plays for Spanish club Real Madrid, appears to have spared no expense, with estimates suggesting he forked out a whopping £615,000 on the Cartier ring.
The new ring comes just months after she gave birth to the couple’s first child Alana Martina.
The news also comes barely days after multi-award winning singer, David Adedeji Adeleke, better known by his stage name, Davido, celebrated the birthday of his girlfriend, Chioma Avril Rowland, with a brand new Porsche car worth N45million.
