The presiding judge, Justice Mojisola Dada, issued the bench warrant following the failure of the defendant to appear in court for the second time for arraignment on criminal charges filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The judge also ordered that Mr Chukwuma should be arrested and brought to court on the next adjourned date of March 14.
