#BBNaija Day 40: Debbie-Rise’s Frustrations Come To A Head

Debbie-Rise has so far been the most quiet of the #BBNaija housemates but the other Housemates seem to be getting under her skin.

Late at night on day 40, Debbie-Rise sat alone in the garden, strumming away quietly on her guitar as tears flowed down her cheeks before TBoss came to sit down next to her and rest her head on her shoulder. She asked her what was wrong and Debbie-Rise let it all out.

Debbie-Rise described her frustrations and how fed up she was with the “disrespectful” way in which the other #BBNaija Housemates spoke to her. She particularly singled out Bally, who she said was always trying to speak over her and silence her.

TBoss proceeded to voice her own frustrations with people being “rude” before pointing out that Debbie-Rise was the only one left in the House that she connected and could voice her feelings to.

Soon enough, Debbie-Rise was venting her frustrations as she declared that such “dirty, rude behavior” was in “their nature” and that it was only surfacing now because they’ve spent a long time in the competition, saying people “can only pretend for so long” and “That’s who they really are!” as she looked furious and wiped away tears from her cheeks.

It appears that the confrontation she had with Kemen, ThinTallTony and Bally had left her feeling humiliated. The trio had burst out laughing at her statement that she was a woman with “principles” which appeared to have gotten to her.

Soon enough, she issued a stern warning that she was at the end of her tether and was going to “bring hell down” if anyone tested her again.

TBoss did her best to calm her new found friend and confidant, before reminding Debbie-Rise something Bassey had told her earlier in the week when he said “There’s no landlord here and there’s nobody here who’s above anyone!”

She went ahead to take shots at the other #BBNaija Housemates, saying they had formed a “freaking obvious clique!” as Debbie-Rise nodded her head in agreement.

She went on to say it ain’t their job to “interact” and be forthcoming if people didn’t want to be friendly and respectful.

Not long after, Marvis walked up to them and asked what they were talking about. TBoss swiftly changed the conversation to a story from her childhood.
