Shameless star Tina Malone, 53, displays her super-slim physique in colourful bikini as she hits the beach for coastal stroll in Tenerife

Having swapped the British winter chill for balmy Spanish temperatures it was a suitably dressed Tina Malone who hit the beach in Tenerife on Thursday morning.
The former Shameless star, 53, showed off her considerable weight loss in a colourfully striped bikini as she waded through the lapping surf.
Tina jetted to the largest of Spain’s Canary Islands with her loved ones, but appeared to be alone as he took in her tranquil surroundings during an early morning stroll.

Keeping her eyes shielded behind a pair of heavily tinted sunglasses, the outspoken actress  gamelly waded ankle deep in the water for a brief paddle

Despite appearing to enjoy some quality time alone, the star seemed less enthused by the surf's chilly temperature and promptly made her way back onto dry land. 
Stretching out on the sand, Tina looked reflective as she gazed out the sweeping ocean view.  

Once again her impressively slim-line physique was on full display as she gazed out at the sweeping shoreline.

The actress lost an incredible 12 stone after having a gastric band fitted during a seven year campaign to lose  weight. 

And having worked hard to regain her body confidence, she recently admitted she would love to bare all for Playboy magazine - despite nude models no longer appearing in the publication.  

She told Closer: 'If Playboy rang offering me £250,000 to do a naked shoot, of course I would do it! Women should celebrate their bodies, and after years of having such a s**t one, it's time I showed off how phenomenal I look!' 

She may be prouder of her body than ever, but Tina admits that she has had to put the idea of having a third child out of her mind.
'I've been desperate to have another baby and give Flame a little brother or sister, but we've decided not to try again,' she continued.
