Story they narrated says a soldier named Umar Isaac allegedly invited his friends, four soldiers who beat up his neighbour Lawan Muhammad supposedly because Lawan was tired of the soldier returning home late at night.
The army in Bukavu Barracks says it has captured the four of the soldiers.
