Kristen donned black shorts with striped socks and a thick grey JACKET.
Although she shielded her eyes with SUNGLASSES, bruising was evident along her eye and on her forehead.
Kristen also had a visible cut on her lower lip.
Stella, who recently walked the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, sported leather bottoms with a matching motorcycle JACKET.
The 26-year-old stayed near Kristen and was even seen taking a peek at the actress' injured knees.
The twosome have been seen spending a lot of time together, which has fueled romance rumors.
Later in the day, the Snow White & The Huntsman star swapped her SHORTSout for ripped denim bottoms.
She covered her scrapes in bandages - which were still visible because of the tears in her jeans.
While Kristen wore the same jacket, she changed her T-shirt for a patterned black and white tee.
Stella donned leggings with a bomber jacket and loose wavy tresses.
