X FACTOR hopeful Freddy Parker has been put on voice rest just HOURS before he is due to sing on the next live show.
The 18-year-old kennel assistant was already under pressure after landing in the bottom three last week – earning his spot in the new ‘lifeline vote’ against Bratavio and Saara Aalto.
But today, as he is supposed to be getting ready for the show, he posted a photo of him holding a sign that said “voice rest” and wrote underneath it: “Oh No.”
The would-be popstar posted the pic onto Twitter and Snapchat – leaving fans in fear he may not be well enough to compete in tonight’s Motown special.
Freddy’s sudden need for voice rest comes just hours after he posted snaps of himself in action, rehearsing for tonight’s show.
He is meant to be performing ‘Ain’t No Mountain High Enough’, a Marvin Gaye classic that could prove difficult to perform with vocal chord issues.
This is the second time the star has been put on voice rest in the same amount of weeks.
The Sun Online exclusively revealed before the first live show that Freddy was suffering from anxiety after he was put on voice rest.
Freddy said: “My voice is knackered already – I’m on voice rest all the time.
“As soon as we moved into the house they put me on voice rest. It’s so bad.
“It’s the filming, doing interviews and singing all the time… my vocal stamina is so poor at the moment I have to work on it.”
