Scott Disick Fails Again To Celebrate Daughter Penelope’s Birthday: Where Is He?

Penelope Disick had the best birthday a big four-year-old could ever ask for, with one exception. Her dad, Scott Disick, was nowhere to be found — just like on her third birthday! Where in the world was Scott?
We can’t believe that Penelope Disick is already four years-old!

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick‘s adorable daughter spent her birthday, July 8, with her mommy, siblings and family friends on vacation in the Bahamas. But her daddy didn’t join in on the fun, meaning he missed out on P’s big day! This must be a big disappointment for his little girl, since dear old dad didn’t come to her third birthday, either!

Seriously, has anyone seen Scott? Not only was Lord Disick MIA on Penelope’s birthday, but he didn’t even post a message for her on any of his social media accounts. Kinda weird, right? Nothing on Instagram, and the only thing he posts on Twitter is…links to his Instagrams. This doesn’t look good! From his Insta account, it looks as though he’s filming something at the moment, as he’s posing in front of a green screen and says he’s “working hard.” What could it be?

Scott was missing from Penelope’s third birthday as well, which came the same week that he split with Kourtney after it was revealed that he had been cheating on her with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli, 25.
It makes sense that he wouldn’t be in the same room with Kourtney during that time, but he definitely could have posted a sweet message about his daughter, instead of ‘gramming about his new car!
