The Armenian has signed a four-year contract at Old Trafford with an option to extend a further year.

He has scored 41 goals for Dortmund since joining them in 2013 and is the first transfer between the two clubs since Shinji Kagawa landed at United in 2012 before going back to the Germans two years later.
