Scott Disick is movin' on out of the Los Angeles-area home that he's owned for less than a year.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has listed his mansion&mdahs;which is located near Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner's separate homes—for $8.8 million dollars.

E! News has learned that the stunning estate was just put on the market earlier this week, and boasts a wide array of features that the future homeowners will be thrilled to have.

Between the seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms in the over 8,000-square-foot home, Disick spent several months making the Hamptons-meets-California-style a perfect home for him and his three children.

The mansion features not only its own wine cellar, lavish pool and billiards room, but it's also located on a private cul-de-sac to ensure the utmost privacy.

In a previous interview on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Disick showed off his new place to Khloe Kardashian and Kris.

"Oh my God! This place is so beautiful! Nice dining room table. God, Scott before you know it you're gonna like get a dog and be all domestic on me," Kris jokes when being taken on a tour of the property by Scott.
