After Amber Heard’s multiple domestic abuse accusations against Johnny Depp, he plans to personally clear his good name, according to a new report. At their next court date, Johnny will ‘do all that he can to’ defend himself and his assets from his wife!
After being accused of repeatedly beating his wife, Amber Heard, 30, throughout their 15-month marriage, Johnny Depp, 52, has had enough! With his fortune and his reputation on the line, he’s ready to face Amber in court, and do what he needs to prove his innocence!
Johnny and Amber are due back in court on June 17, according to Us Weekly, and a source tells the magazine that the Alice Through The Looking Glass “is going to do all the can to protect his assets” and vigorously deny that he physically assaulted his wife. Along with Johnny’s reputation, his $400 million dollar estate is in danger, as Amber has requested massive spousal support in her divorce papers.
When Amber first claimed that Johnny allegedly beat her, showing bruises from where he allegedly smashed her face with a cell phone, Johnny was out of the country, promoting his film. Instead, he was represented by his lawyer, Laura Wassar. When it comes to this second court date, the source tells Us Weekly he’s reportedly planning to personally “defend himself” in court and “give what is ordered” by the judge.
“Johnny wants this to go away as quickly as possible,” a source EXCLUSIVELY HollywoodLife , adding that during this court date, he’ll “shut Amber down and he will fight with everything and every attorney he has at his disposal to do that.” Even if Johnny has to pay out through the nose, the source says, “He will fight to clear his name.”
He has quite the fight ahead of him. Despite all the people who have defended Johnny against Amber’s allegations of repeated physical abuse, she has provided more gruesome photos of her face after Johnny’s alleged attacks. Amber’s friend even claimed that in 2015, Johnny allegedly attempted to smother his wife with a pillow.
Amber may also use this next court date to set the record straight. The LAPD claim that when the responded to a 911 call on May 21, they didn’t see any marks, swelling or bruising on her face or body from the attack. Amber declined against giving an initial statement to the authorities, saying she wanted to “protect her privacy and Johnny’s career.” However, since many people have accused her of lying over this alleged abuse, she had to come clean and “set the record straight.” It seems she’ll get another chance to personally settle things with Johnny in court.
What do you think about Johnny reportedly doing “all that he can” to defend himself ?
