The Geordie Shore star has opened up about the heartbreaking time, admitting the pain got so bad, she could barely walk and had to be rushed to hospital for an emergency operation.
It was made worse because her ex Gaz was filming Ex on the Beach at the time she found out - and just days later, claims emerged he had cheated with her rival Jemma Lucy, as well as enjoying a threesome on the show.
Speaking in an emotional interview with Heat magazine , a tearful Charlotte said the pains first started while she was filming Geordie Shore: Big Birthday Battle last month.
"I thought I had a really bad period because I was bleeding and cramping – I can't describe the pain, it was awful," Charlotte told the mag.
"We'd had a couple of fall-outs, but we were the closest we'd ever been," she added.
Charlotte admitted she'd recently come off the Pill, as she hadn't had time to renew her prescription, so she took the morning-after pill - but waited until almost the end of the recommended 72-hour window.
Around four days later, as Gary was filming, Charlotte told the mag her pains got so bad she had to go to hospital.
She was put in a wheelchair, but admitted she "collapsed" out of it due to the pain, and struggled not to cry win agony.
Charlotte said: "I didn't know what the hell was going on and I was in so much pain. Then the X-ray showed how much damage had been caused. Because I'd left it a week, it'd torn open my fallopian tube and I was bleeding internally. He said: 'If you'd have left it any longer, you could have died.'"
She was then forced to have an emergency operation to remove the damaged fallopian tube, admitting her fears that she might not be able to have children.
