Rashford, Wilshere in, Drinkwater out as Hodgson names England squad for Euro 2016

Marcus Rashford’s stunning rise to the top continues, as he has been named in England’s 23-man squad to the European Championship next month.
The Manchester United striker, who scored eight goals for United in 2016, is included as well as Daniel Sturridge.

However, Roy Hodgson has left out Andros Townsend and Danny Drinkwater.

Jack Wilshere, who barely played for Arsenal last season is also selected.

Goalkeepers: Hart, Forster, Heaton

Defenders: Walker, Rose, Cahill, Smalling, Clyne, Stones, Bertrand


Midfielders: Milner, Sterling, Lallana, Henderson, Dier, Wilshere, Barkley, Alli

Forwards: Kane, Rooney, Vardy, Sturridge, Rashford
