The plastic surgeon meets with Desiree, a mother of three who was left with lopsided boobs and a "star-gazing" nipple after a breast augmentation additionally messed up her naturally-deformed chest area.
"Desiree is a unique kind of botched patient," Terry explains. "She's not only botched by the surgical procedure she had, but originally she was really botched by nature. I really don't know what to do with Desiree's breasts."
