TV toughie Katie Hopkins proudly shows off the huge scar running the length of her head after having brain surgery.

Mum-of-three Katie, 41, had the high-risk op last week to try to cure her epilepsy.

Doctors wanted to remove a lesion that has caused the ex-Apprentice star to have fits since she was 19.
