Girl, 14, was gang- #raped by three men who dragged her into a park at 4am - TheSun

A GIRL of 14 was snatched by a gang of men and raped in a park in the early hours yesterday, police have revealed.

The teenager was grabbed by three men and taken to a wooden area in Harrogate's Valley Gardens, where she was sexually assaulted at around 4am.

North Yorkshire Police said officers were at the scene near Harlow Moor Road "carrying out extensive investigations".



Det Insp Mark Pearson said: "The investigation is still in its early stages and I'd appeal to anyone who might know anything, or saw anything suspicious in the area, to contact the police immediately

"Inquiries are ongoing and we are doing everything we can to find these men, while the victim is being supported by specially trained officers."
