2016 highest paid actresses – Jennifer Lawrence has been named by Forbes as the world’s highest paid actress for the second year running.
The actress’ bumper pay of $52 million was due largely to her leading role as Katniss Everdeen in the Hunger Games series.

Second on the list is Avengers star Scarlett Johansson, who has proven to be a successful box office magnet, and with hits like Lucy, took home $35.5 million.



3rd on the list is Bridesmaids star Melissa McCarthy, with Bingbing Fan and Jennifer Aniston rounding out the top 5.
