Three die after falling under trains in the early hours of New Year’s Day } TheSun

THREE people died and another was critically injured after they fell underneath trains in the first nine hours of 2016.

Travellers into London found the mainline services to Paddington station halted at Reading, Berkshire, after the body of a man was spotted on the tracks shortly before 8.30 this morning.

Passenger and freight services on the Reading to Paddington line were halted and paramedics and police rushed to the track about half a mile outside Paddington, at Ladbroke Grove.
